Life Casting Terms & Conditions: Additional Information, Shipping, Collections and Returns

Glazey Days Limited - Life Casting.

Since 2007, I have developed a highly specialised ceramics business that caters to all ages and abilities. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience - from the very first point of contact to the moment our guests collect their beautiful finished pieces. Our brand reflects our dedication to quality, creativity and personalised service. 

Our signature service is Life Casting. Clients travel from across the region and beyond to create unique and meaningful keepsakes. We continuously evolve our range, now offering over ten styles of Life Cast. From newborn impressions to memorial pieces, each crafted with care and expertise.

2. Pricing, Payment & Product Description

2.1 Card payments accepted in store or 'manually keyed' over the phone. 

2.2 American Express card payments not accepted. 

2.3 Prices clearly displayed in store and subject to change for potential variations to sizes of frames and/ or castings. 

2.4 Each Life Cast is by appointment only. 

3. Collections & Returns 

3.1 We will contact you, on the number you provide at your appointment, once your Life Cast is ready for collection. We work on a 3-4 month turnaround. 

3.2 The Life Cast will only be distributed to the customer or to a person authorised to collect by the customer. 

3.3 Due to the unique nature of this product, the Life Cast taken at your appointment is an exact impression of the person. Additional work including; changes to colour of cast and frames, can be completed on request.

3.4 Please contact myself (Helen), on our studio number, to discuss returns for a faulty item, as a contact appointment may be required on site at Glazey Days Ltd. (Address displayed at the top of this page.)

 

4. Shipping 

4.1 Shipping and/or delivery is not available for Life Casts.

4.2 Once ready, Please collect your Life Cast from Glazey Days Ltd. Studio. (Address provided at the top of this page.)
